This product is a 3-inch diameter mini flap disc featuring premium zirconia abrasive grains. It utilizes high-strength poly/cotton blend sanding flaps bonded with resin to provide durability and effective cutting performance. It is equipped with a plastic roll-on Type R quick-change backing for fast disc changes, particularly in tight work areas. Compared to standard quick-change discs, it offers 10 to 20 times longer lifespan and superior resistance to loading. The disc is contaminant-free, containing less than 0.1% iron, sulfur, and chlorine, making it safe for use on corrosion-sensitive metals without causing after-rust. Typical applications include deburring, deflashing, weld line and weld spatter cleaning, rust removal, blending, finishing, polishing, sanding, grinding, and stock removal.
