Red High-Temp RTV Silicone, 80 mL Tube

Loctite 492001 is LOCTITE® SI 596 Red—an acetoxy-cure, one-part RTV silicone designed for high-temperature gasketing and sealing. The flowable, thixotropic paste skins at room temperature and cures to a tough, flexible, waterproof, oil-resistant silicone rubber that withstands intermittent exposure up to about 600 °F (315 °C). Typical uses include sealing and bonding in industrial furnaces, ovens, boilers, exhaust stacks, high-temperature ducting, and heating elements, as well as general high-heat maintenance where a sensor-safe, durable silicone is preferred.
