Loctite RTV 5015 (Henkel part number 2093361) is a one-component, sensor-safe, blue RTV silicone gasket maker dispensed from a 190 ml Power Can. It cures at room temperature to form durable, flexible gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking, and migration under thermal cycling and vibration. Rated for –65 °F to 500 °F (–54 °C to 260 °C) intermittent use, it tolerates common automotive fluids and is designed for direct replacement or coating over pre-cut gaskets while protecting sensors once fully cured.
