Durham Manufacturing 313 is a steel locking hinge/lock bar designed to secure small slide racks during storage and transport. Purpose-built for Durham rack 307-95, it mounts to the rack and prevents compartment boxes from sliding out; a swivel pad-lock attachment allows the unit to be locked (padlock not included). Chrome/stainless finish resists wear, while simple pop-rivet or sheet-metal-screw installation makes field retrofit quick for service vehicles, benches, and cabinets.
