This is a Type 27 depressed center grinding wheel designed for fast stock removal and multi-stage grinding on ferrous metals, including steel, iron, and welds. Made with aluminum oxide abrasive grain, it features a dual grit structure engineered to combine aggressive rough grinding and fine finishing in a single wheel. The wheel is fully reinforced with fiberglass mesh and resin bonded for durability and safety at up to 12,000 RPM.
