Car Alignment Blitz Reamer – 3/8″ Diameter, 1/2″ Straight Shank, Super High-Speed Steel

This reamer is made from super high-speed steel (SHSS), specifically engineered for enlarging and aligning existing holes in structural steel erection, automotive, truck, and trailer manufacturing and maintenance. It features a 1/2″ straight shank with three flats to provide secure chuck grip. The reamer is coated with black oxide and finished with gold to enhance corrosion resistance and reduce friction during use. It includes a built-in collar that prevents overpenetration and aids in deburring welded and punched holes. The overall length is approximately 5 inches, with a cutting diameter of 3/8″ and a cutting length of about 3 inches.
