3″ x 1″ Flap Wheel, 80 Grit Aluminum Oxide, Mounted with 1/4″ Steel Shank

This product is a 3-inch diameter flap wheel with a 1-inch width, constructed with aluminum oxide abrasive flaps bonded with resin. It is mounted on a 1/4″ diameter steel shank for use with power drills, die grinders, and rotary tools that accept 1/4″ shank-mounted accessories. The flap wheel is designed for polishing, deburring, edge blending, cleaning, and smoothing of concave and convex surfaces, internal diameters of tubes, grooves, cavities, and contoured parts. The medium-fine grit (80) provides effective material removal with a smooth surface finish. The resin bond ensures long-lasting durability on metals, plastics, rubbers, and woods.
