Primary Wire – SAE Standard Type GPT (General Purpose Thermoplastic)

Primary wire features a special polyvinyl chloride compound to insulate the copper conductor. This material is especially suited to resist heat, oil, abrasion and aging. The construction permits small diameters for easy cabling and has a smooth, lustrous surface in a wide range of colors. Stranded annealed, single conductor copper wire. Recommended for car, truck, tractor and marine use. For use at 60 Volts or less. Temperature rating 80°C (176°F). Meets SAE J1128 specifications. RoHS compliant. Available in 100′, 500′ or 1000′ Spools. Larger spools and Drum Packs are available upon request.
